My Mind Hub is an online platform designed to connect individuals with mental health professionals. It provides a directory of therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, and other mental health practitioners, making it easy for users to find the right support for their mental health needs.

How can I advertise my services on My Mind Hub?

You can advertise your services by selecting either the free profile or the Premium plan. To apply for the Premium plan, pay $599 AUD, and create your profile online. After your application is submitted, a My Mind Hub team member will review your credentials, approve your profile, and make it live. This process may take up to 7 days.

Can I accept payments online in a country not supported by Stripe?

Unfortunately, payments can only be processed in countries that support Stripe. If Stripe is unavailable in your country, you won’t be able to use the payment feature. Clients will need to contact you directly via email or the My Mind Hub platform for bookings.

What if I do not receive any client bookings from the Premium plan?

While we promote your listing to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee client bookings. We do not offer refunds for the listing. However, if the Premium plan isn’t working for you, you can downgrade to a free profile by contacting us at reception@mymindhub.com.

How does My Mind Hub work?

My Mind Hub lists qualified mental health professionals on our platform. Users can browse the directory, find practitioners based on their needs, and contact them directly. My Mind Hub is purely a directory service; all communication and service agreements are made between the user and the practitioner.

Is My Mind Hub a provider of therapy services?

No, My Mind Hub is not a provider of therapy services. We are a directory platform that connects individuals with licensed mental health professionals. We do not offer therapy or counselling ourselves.
